PCT is one of the most impotant aspects of a complete , successful hormone cycle. So its highly important to use PCT after finished cycle. To fully understand PCT let us begin with explaining what PCT is and what it is used for.

Post Cycle Therapy also called PCT is supplement that is used after completing a cycle of an anabolic steroids to restoring the body`s natural production of hormones. Because the peroid after the cycle your body`s production of important hormones dip below normal levels. So your body needs to cutting back production to normalize levels because you are no longer adding more.

If you dont use PCT during the low period its a big chance that you lose decent amount of muscle mass you made. So when the hormones levels are too low you will lose protein from musle cells which means loss of muscle! So briefly we can say that PCT is to quickly restore your natural hormone production levels.

The most popular PCT drugs are Clomid, Pregnyl, Aridex, Nolvadex(Tamoxifen), Proviron etc…

In general the time you stay on PCT is about 4 weeks or 1 month and the most PCT products last this long. In general you should also wait about 6 months to begin your next Cycle after your PCT.

I have bought my cycle from buysteroids-uk.com They sent it to my home in 3 oficial days by their fast service called Express Service. They sell the whole of products in original, you can check them and their originality from their productors by sending a mail. They are fast, i’m so satisfied with their company and service. They have so many kinds of this products. You can buy with your visa without leaving from your home, in other way you can pay by credit card. Their payment service is very easy and safely because you will be having a code, called MTCN (money transfer control number) and you keep this code if you don’t want to give the money. They can’t withdraw the money without this code, so your shopping converts a very-safely-buying. I advice you have a look.

Oral steroids comes in many types such as danabol, turinabol, stanozolol, Anavar, Anadrol etc… The difference between oral steroids and injectable steroids is that its taken oral. The most users prefer oral steroids becuase they are afraid of injection so the first choice for them is oral steroids.

But oral steroids are more harmful compare to injectable steroids. The injectable kind are generally more androgenic in nature and less damaging to organs like the liver. The oral versions are more anabolic in nature and cause more side effects than their injectable brothers as they have to be processed by the liver. So if you arent afraid of injection we would recommend you to take injectables.

The advantage with oral steroids is that their half-lives is shorter then injectable steroids. Which means that they dont stay in system for a long time. So the oral steroids gives quiker results.

About Injectable Steroids

Steroids comes in two groups such as injectable steroids and oral steroids. Compare to oral steroids the injectable steroids are less harmful. only reason why people choose oral steroids its because of they are afraid of injection. But its not really so bad, you dont feel any pain at all, but you have to be careful when you or the person that will inject, how and where you inject. There are several places you can do the injection such as the butt, shoulders, breast etc..

Its also important that you dont combine wrong steroids becuase that can create big damages. Dont forget to put health before anything. There are a lot of information about injection on the internet so take your time and read about injection.

Injectable steroids are always more effective then oral steroids and as we explained its less harmful. Dont forget to clean the area that you will inject the needle. If you dont you can get a bad infection. So always be careful with the injection.

Abnormal Heart Rhythm (Arrhythmia)

An irregular heartbeat is an arrhythmia (also called dysrhythmia). Heart rates can also be irregular. A normal heart rate is 50 to 100 beats per minute. Arrhythmias and abnormal heart rates don’t necessarily occur together. Arrhythmias can occur with a normal heart rate, or with heart rates that are slow (called bradyarrhythmias — less than 60 beats per minute). arrhythmias can also occur with rapid heart rates (called tachyarrhythmias — faster than 100 beats per minute). In the United States more than 850,000 people are hospitalized for an arrhythmia each year.

What causes an arrhythmia?

Arrhythmias may be caused by many different factors, including:

Coronary artery disease

Electrolyte imbalances in your blood (such as sodium or potassium).

Changes in your heart muscle.

Injury from a heart attack

Healing process after heart surgery.

Irregular heart rhythms can also occur in “normal, healthy” hearts.

What are the types of arrhythmias?

Premature atrial contractions. These are early extra beats that originate in the atria (upper chambers of the heart). They are harmless and do not require treatment.

Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs). These are among the most common arrhythmias and occur in people with and without heart disease. This is the skipped heartbeat we all occasionally experience. In some people, it can be related to stress, too much caffeine or nicotine, or too much exercise. But sometimes, PVCs can be caused by heart disease or electrolyte imbalance. People who have a lot of PVCs, and/or symptoms associated with them, should be evaluated by a heart doctor. However, in most people, PVCs are usually harmless and rarely need treatment.

Atrial fibrillation. AF is a very common irregular heart rhythm that causes the atria, the upper chambers of the heart to contract abnormally.

Atrial flutter. This is an arrhythmia caused by one or more rapid circuits in the atrium. Atrial flutter is usually more organized and regular than atrial fibrillation. This arrhythmia occurs most often in people with heart disease, and in the first week after heart surgery. It often converts to atrial fibrillation.

Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). A rapid heart rate, usually with a regular rhythm, originating from above the ventricles. PSVT begins and ends suddenly. There are two main types: accessory path tachycardias and AV nodal reentrant tachycardias (see below).

Accessory pathway tachycardias. A rapid heart rate due to an extra abnormal pathway or connection between the atria and the ventricles. The impulses travel through the extra pathways as well as through the usual route. This allows the impulses to travel around the heart very quickly, causing the heart to beat unusually fast.

AV nodal reentrant tachycardia. A rapid heart rate due to more than one pathway through the AV node. It can cause heart palpitations, fainting or heart failure. In many cases, it can be terminated using a simple maneuver performed by a trained medical professional, medications or a pacemaker.

Ventricular tachycardia (V-tach). A rapid heart rhythm originating from the lower chambers (or ventricles) of the heart. The rapid rate prevents the heart from filling adequately with blood; therefore, less blood is able to pump through the body. This can be a serious arrhythmia, especially in people with heart disease, and may be associated with more symptoms. A heart doctor should evaluate this arrhythmia.

Ventricular fibrillation. An erratic, disorganized firing of impulses from the ventricles. The ventricles quiver and are unable to contract or pump blood to the body. This is a medical emergency that must be treated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillation as soon as possible.

Long QT syndrome. The QT interval is the area on the electrocardiogram (ECG) that represents the time it takes for the heart muscle to contract and then recover, or for the electrical impulse to fire impulses and then recharge. When the QT interval is longer than normal, it increases the risk for “torsade de pointes,” a life-threatening form of ventricular tachycardia. Long QT syndrome is an inherited condition that can cause sudden death in young people. It can be treated with antiarrhythmic drugs, pacemaker, electrical cardioversion, defibrillation, implanted cardioverter/defibrillator or ablation therapy.

Bradyarrhythmias. These are slow heart rhythms, which may arise from disease in the heart’s electrical conduction system. Examples include sinus node dysfunction and heart block.

Sinus node dysfunction. A slow heart rhythm due to an abnormal SA (sinus) node. Sinus node dysfunction is treated with a pacemaker.

Heart block. A delay or complete block of the electrical impulse as it travels from the sinus node to the ventricles. The level of the block or delay may occur in the AV node or HIS-Purkinje system. The heart may beat irregularly and, often, more slowly. If serious, heart block is treated with a pacemaker.

What are the symptoms of arrhythmias?

An arrhythmia can be silent and not cause any symptoms. A doctor can detect an irregular heartbeat during a physical exam by taking your pulse or through anelectrocardiogram (ECG).

When symptoms occur, they may include:

Palpitations (a feeling of skipped heart beats, fluttering or “flip-flops,” or feeling that your heart is “running away”).

Pounding in your chest.

Dizziness or feeling light-headed.

Fainting.

Shortness of breath.

Chest discomfort.

Weakness or fatigue (feeling very tired).

How are arrhythmias diagnosed?

Tests used to diagnose an arrhythmia or determine its cause include:

Electrocardiogram

Holter monitor

Event Monitor

Stress Test

Echocardiogram

Cardiac catheterization

Electrophysiology study (EPS)

Head-up tilt table test

How are arrhythmias treated?

Treatment depends on the type and seriousness of your arrhythmia. Some people with arrhythmias require no treatment. For others, treatments can include medication, making lifestyle changes and undergoing surgical procedures.

What medications are used to treat arrhythmias?

A variety of drugs are available to treat arrhythmias. These include:

Antiarrhythmic drugs. These drugs control heart-rate, and include beta-blockers.

Anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy. These drugs reduce the risk of blood blood clots and include warfarin (a “blood thinner”) or aspirin .

Because everyone is different, it may take trials of several medications and doses to find the one that works best for you.

Cardiac arrhythmia is an irregularity of the heart beat that causes the heart to beat too slowly, too fast, or irregularly. An abnormally fast heart rate is called tachycardia and an abnormally slow heart rate is called bradycardia.

There are different types of arrhythmias. Most arrhythmias are not particularly dangerous. However, some may be life threatening and do require immediate medical attention. During arrhythmias, the heart may not be able to pump enough blood to the body and lack of blood flow can damage the brain, heart, and other organs.

SYMPTOMS OF ARRHYTHMIA

When the heart rate becomes irregular, a person might feel any of the following sensations in their chest:

Palpitations

Throbbing

Pounding

Thumping

Fluttering

A feeling like the heart skipped a beat

In serious arrhythmias, people sometimes feel dizzy or faint. Chest pain and shortness of breath may also be experienced with an irregular heart rate. These symptoms aren’t always caused by arrhythmia but if you have them, see your doctor.

CHECKING YOUR OWN PULSE RATE

You can know your heart rate by checking your pulse. It is important to know how to check your own pulse because an irregular pulse indicates that you have an irregular heart beat or rhythm, which could be a symptom of an underlying cardiac problem.

You can find your pulse on the inside of your wrist, on the edge closest to the thumb. With the index and second fingers of your other hand, count how many beats you can feel in 15 seconds. Multiply that number by 4 to get your heart rate per minute. As you count, make sure that the beats are evenly spaced without any skipping.

Consult your doctor if your resting heart rate is consistently above 100 beats a minute (tachycardia) or below 60 beats a minute (bradycardia) — especially if you have symptoms of arrhythmia.

DIAGNOSIS OF ARRHYTHMIA

Your doctor will ask about your symptoms and examine you. He or she may also ask you about your medical history. Your doctor may refer you to a cardiologist, a doctor who specialises in identifying and treating conditions of the heart and blood vessels.

Your doctor may do tests including:

blood tests

an ECG – this records the electrical activity of your heart to see how well it’s working

a 24-hour heart monitor (ambulatory ECG) – this records the electrical activity of your heart over 24 hours

an electrophysiological study – this determines if you have any extra electrical pathways in your heart that is causing an abnormal heart rhythm

an echocardiogram – this uses ultrasound to look at your heart’s structure, valves and pumping action

an exercise ECG – this can check for other problems with your heart and may trigger abnormal heart rhythms

TREATMENT OF ARRHYTHMIA

Your treatment will depend on the type, cause and severity of the arrhythmia you have.

1. Self-help

Sometimes, such as with ectopic beats, all you may need is reassurance that your arrhythmia won’t cause serious problems. Try to steer clear of any triggers of your arrhythmia that you know about, such as alcohol or caffeine. Ask your doctor for advice about exercise and lifestyle changes.

2. Medicines

Your doctor may prescribe medicines to help control your heart rhythm. These can include medicines to slow your heart rate, such as beta-blockers, or anti-arrhythmic drugs, such as amiodarone and flecainide.

If you have AF, you may be advised to take blood-thinning medicines regularly, such as warfarin, to reduce your risk of blood clots forming.

3. Interventional Procedures

If you need to have interventional procedures, the exact procedure you have will depend on your condition. Your doctor will advise you which procedure is best for you. Apollo Cardiology Department offers the following interventional procedures to restore normal heart rhythm:

Pacemaker (single/dual)

Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD)

Biventrical pacing or cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)

Through these procedures, a small device(s) is implanted in the chest to help correct life threatening arrhythmias. When the heart starts beating abnormally, the device(s) delivers an electrical impulse to the heart to shock it back into a normal heart rhythm.
